Very good with kids that are terrified of the eye doctor. Answered all our questions. Very informative. The only downside was not as many frame choices in the optical as we are used to.

Made appointment with staff, was told had to reschedule. Then went online and took a slot showed available online for both me and husband. Got email for both to say conflict have to reschedule. Do staff even check online appointments?
