I would not recommend this rental car place to anyone. The employees are not trained in customer service. They tell you one thing over the phone then when you get there they totally change what they previously said. You can not rely on them to have a car when you need one or to give you an honest answer.

I have been renting vehicles from this location for over a year. Over time now there have been so many changes to the policies to even get a vehicle. Now it is almost impossible to get a rental due to shortages of vehicles. You want to make sure to reserve a vehicle weeks in advance, but that is not even guranteed. Also what have been changed is you have to bring a utility bill in also show proof of insurance which when you rent you can sign up for their insurance, or show proof of paycheck stubs. The price for the deposit even have gone up.

Fast friendly service. They got me checked in and out real quick and they dealt with my insurance directly. They made it easy.
