Staff was nice but not overly friendly. Went in for a possible UTI. When results did not come back directly pointing to a UTI there was no discussion of what it could be. I was Given a prescription for Cipro, which I was uncomfortable taking to begin with seeing as I had never heard of it, but when calling urgent care to get a different medication a few days later because I was having some muscle weakness, I was told a nurse would call my back and I haven’t heard from them. Very disappointed.
