The receptionist is VERY RUDE!!! If I could, I would've given them 0 stars.

This place is a JOKE. I did not have my daughters insurance card “mind you they can look up” so they refused to see her. So what if we don’t tell them We don’t have insurance they would never know. So it shows They lie to every patient or if they don’t want to see patients they will pull stuff like this. Then I said I will pay CASH. Sorry that’s against the law. NEVER heard of that in my life as long as I been working in the medical field. THATS A LIE. My daughters chest was hurting yet they will refuse a child immediately. The lady at the front desk is beyond rude every time we come to this place. I have came here numerous times and said I am paying cash yet I had insurance... NEVER WILL GO HERE AGAIN.

The only reason I’m giving this place a 2 star and not a one star is simply for the very friendly and caring STAFF and I guess MAs and nurses. And the STAFF apologized to me and corrected the incident. I went there with flu like symptoms and waited a whopping 3 hours at around 10:20am. I finally get called into a room and I get swabbed for flu and Covid. I wait for the results and this physician I guess or provider they call him comes in and tells me I tested negative for everything and then I had to correct him in the ear to look at that was in pain too (but that’s not the big deal) it didn’t seem right with me so I get in my car and my paperwork clearly states I’m positive for Influenza A. I had to call them from my car to correct my diagnoses and my excuse and prescriptions. The lady that answered corrected it and was super nice and even told me she knew I tested positive and it was odd that he told me I was negative for everything. The LEAST this place can do is get a provider that actually atleast can read paperwork correctly or cares enough to even read it. If I wouldn’t have searched through my paperwork I’d probably be a lot worse off without the correct medication and diagnoses. (But once again this is in no way directed towards staff or other workers! They were a pleasure so thank them!)

They do not close at 8 o’clock they close at seven or 730 so I don’t know why it says that they close at eight on this website!

They take Medicaid, but there is a Medicaid patient limit. If you want to go here best to go when they open so you don't get turned around.
Yes I'm pretty sure you have to pay a copay every time you go .. And they also usually tell you to follow up with your family doctor within 3 to 4 days if not better.
Depends on what kind of physical you have done. They are very fast paced so I would say not long.
