Literally waited for over 2 hours in the lobby to just wait over another hour in the room. People go to urgent care so they can avoid the wait of an emergency at this point an emergency room would of been quicker 😡

This place is so bad with managing time. It took me 2 hrs to see get my name called back and then it took another 2hrs to even see a doctor! This is so dumb especially when the Dr on talked to me for 2min. And now I'm still waiting on her to come back!

On August 28,2022. I went to be seen around 1pm. The receptionist told me that they had a 2 hour wait no patients in the lobby. I left and came back around 3:16pm. It was said to me that they weren't no longer taking patients due to No physician were available. Once again the lobby were empty. I never experienced nothing like this before and I've worked at a hospital over 15years. My feelings are very hurt.

Our hours are actually 9-8 Monday through Friday and 9-6 on Saturday and Sunday. 😁

We are the one near the mall. We do take Medicaid and Medicare. Just bring your insurance cards and your ID and we will be glad to see you.
