The pharmacist was rude Unreliable very unprofessional The young lady today on the 29th had no proper training And had a attitude And didn't know what was going on I'm never going to that location again And I'm sure other people agree Because they've been doing this for years They need people to be professional not uneducated On what they're doing And I'm changing my prescription to to CVS

Anytime you go to this location to pick up my prescriptions at the drive thru window the line is long, the associate is slow and they have no customer service skills. I changed to home delivery and it took 6 days to receive two of the three. I am so fed up with walgreens.

They told me too come thru drive thru. I get there 5 minutes later. No one at drive thru. I called back spoke with someone. They proceeded to hang up on me.

I was told that they didn't behave enough employees who would want to work the overnight hours and were short staff. I was wandering that as well because they are so close to a hospital and people may need prescriptions to be filled.
there customer service is horrible. I usually don't have an issue with filling my scrips online but with this Walgreens its always an issue. They never seem to know whats going on with anything.
