The room was clean and good. Pool seemed well maintained and quiet. Front desk staff, as others have noted, were disinterested or apathetic. They had a massive water leak coming into the breakfast room area. Honestly, I think this place is maintained by a group that aren't quite willing to put the money and time into the property they have.

Room smelled like wet dog. Lights burned out in room. Broken furniture in room. Front desk staff hate their job & it shows. The biggest deal is when we returned to our room after a day of activities, our room door was unlatched & our key was deactivated. The response from the desk was "Well maintenance probably didn't latch the door after they were in there & sometimes keys randomly get deactivated. Our system is screwed up. We've tried to fix it but don't know whats wrong". All the while the desk staff giving attitude like we were whining about nit picky things & annoying them. Breaking into an occupied room & leaving it unlocked is not a nit picky thing. Also, we never requested maintenance, so why were they in the room?

Positive: Clean rooms. The lobby is cute. Friendly staff Negative: The main reason I chose this hotel is because they had a pool. It was closed 2 of the 3 days I stayed! We did get to swim and I understand covid and cleaning schedules. It was definitely a disappointment.

Bugs in room, bathroom and on bed! Not sure what kind but now I’m freaked out and getting zero sleep pacing the room, packing with the lights on! WIFI “not working” per the front desk. Pool was closed. No breakfast. Plus, noise all night in the hallway. Sounded like renovations, which is, ironically, much needed! Horrid stay! Go elsewhere! The place looks good upon entering, but underneath, yuk! Attempting to get a refund!!!
