I have never had any issues like you described. The people there have always been friendly. Some of the vendors deal in vintage or antique items so they aren't in "new" condition but I wouldn't call it trashy. They have lots of new items as well. It's unfortunate you seem to have had a bad experience because it really is a nice place.

Yes, they have washers and dryers and a variety of furniture
Not sure of phone number. I know they're closed on Mondays. The rest of the week, they're open 10-6. Sundays they close at 4.
No there are some parked at the South end of the lot but check with Indiana Transport.
Our cheapest twin mattress is $99. (plus tax = 105.93) Hope that helps! We're open 10am-7pm today if you'd like to stop by and see our selection.
