Worst USPS location I've ever dealt with. I overnight documents all the time to this location and they always fail to make the deliveries on time. They have gone so far as to put inaccurate codes in the system to cover themselves as to why the couldn't make the said delivery, for example that have stated that no one was at the location to receive the package, which was not factual at all. I've had to call consumer affairs multiple times with regard to the incompetence and dishonesty of the personnel that work here. Nothing seems to get better.

Usually it's fine, but this time an older white lady postal worker just absolutely hurled my packages to the back after I dropped them off. I've never seen such rude contempt for customers. Definitely avoiding this one going forward.

I want to thank Ms. Ingra for her patience & professionalism while assisting me with a mistake I caused. I wrote the wrong address on a package which caused a delay. Ms. Juanita also came out to assist. Once we figured out the address was wrong, they were still very polite. I truly appreciated their courteous, understanding attitudes. Thank you! 👍🏾

I have waited since Tuesday the 26th for 3 packages to be delivered from Amazon. Today March 4th I'm on my 4th redelivery. This post office still has never contacted me! Sunday the 24rd of Feb i recieved my packages covered in fresh/wet BLOOD! HUMAN BLOOD! Always check your packages before you reach for them. Again this Post Office NEVER RESPONDS TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! I seriously pray nobody ever goes thru the nightmare I have endured this week. This Post Office needs SHUT DOWN!!!!! Update, now since Covid Pine St refuses to answer phone nor will supervisor return calls. Our mailman does not care about his job nor does he want to do his job. He has ordered me to meet him at gas station for a whole year to pick up my packages and tried putting others on me to deliver for him. Today a package arrived, it was beyond well protected and specifically labeled fragile. All the contents in box were smashed into a hundred pieces! I honestly don't know how JUSTIN still has a job but he does. Tomorrow I will be calling Washington's Post Master General to handle him. My packages and my neighbors packages have been left at pine st for us to run 40miles round trip to pick up because he didn't feel like delivering them numerous numerous times! Packages arrived smashed, thrown on top of each other, dumped all over the ground, and thrown at incorrect lot numbers! Today's package was my final straw with him and Pine St.
