I've had my account here since I moved to the area almost 4 years ago. I wanted to support local businesses. The service was always fine until recently. Every time I try to cash a check I am made to feel like a criminal trying to pass bad checks, or commit fraud. I am spoken to in a very disrespectful manner, had to explain where the checks came from, who gave them to me and the reason (WHY???). I leave there in tears every single time feeling like I've done something wrong. I'm going to try and do all my banking through the phone app and ATM until I find a new credit union. I'm going giving it two stars because they were fine in the past.

Friendly service and covers all our basics. I know it's a smaller credit union, but I'd probably give 5 stars if the range of services, mobile app and banking web-sites were a little more capable. Though they all do a good job of what they do.

My wife and I have been with Sno Falls Credit Union for quite a while now. We have several loans through them now and now doing a refi on our home with them. Not only do they have great rates but their customer service is always above and beyond expectations.
