It is free to Humana Gold and you can also join other gyms that accept HG but you may only visit 1 gym per day. As for your wife I believe it is $30/month - great classes for women every morning.
Yes they have a personal trainer but you would have to call anytime fitness and talk to them
It depends on term of contract and auto payments and/or full payment of contract. You also have to purchase a FOB for entry.
