First floor is a Mardi Gras museum and history of the local area, to include some trains. Upstairs is dedicated to the art of Alice Moseley, which is a freaking delight. The employees were very friendly and helpful and just a freaking delight. Museums are free, but you can do donations downstairs and purchase prints of the art upstairs. I highly suggest anyone in the area come here for a visit. Amazing.

No, not at the station. Try the pier.
No and highly recommend. Downstairs is a train, Mardi Gras, and blues artist display. Upstairs is the Alice Mosely art exhibit. Very friendly lady that runs it.
