You need your social security card, proof of address, and your income verification. If you are getting it for more than one family member. You need their information as well.
Have to have social security cards for everyone and proof of income. You can only go once every three months. Back Bay mission in Biloxi will help out more I think. Try St Vincent DePaul. I don't have numbers. Good luck. I have food problems too. Prayers.
