Really nice place! The grounds and buildings are kept up really well, and there is a beautiful pool area perfect for a warm summer day! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Best complex on the Northshore!

I have lived here for many years, and I have nothing but good things to say about this community and the workers. They are very sincere, and the company is genuine. I will say that there are policies in place, but all apartments that I have lived at have these. As long as you respect the rules, you will have nothing to complain about here. It’s a great place to call home.

Really bad place to live. Construction 7 days a week for the last 2 years. they start at 7:00 am even on the weekends. Potholes everywhere that will damage your car. Amazon deliveries to your door will get stolen. Only one way in that is extremely dangerous with so many residents. Management charges an additional $100.00 if rent isn't paid by the 3rd. Dogs constantly leaving land mines in the grass. Apartments are in poor condition, with dirty carpet, old appliances, water stains on ceiling and "FAKE" empathy from the office personnel. Green spray paint on the concrete walkway in my Apartment bldg. B. I'm not using my real name because I don't trust management. My rent has increased by $80 every year since 2018! I stay here because my daughters live close and they can ride their bikes to see me. Lastly it floods floods 2-3 times every year and you will get trapped in or out. Last year 45 cars were flooded. The poor renters in Bldg. A had their apts. flooded. and were kicked out. Cypress Lake ONLY!, paid for 3 days hotel expense. Aesthetics are NOT equal to rent $$!!

With a 300$ deposit they are welcoming to most dog breeds.
The base rental rate includes rent only. There is an additional monthly water fee and residents hold electric/cable/internet in their name. Please feel free to call our office with additional questions- we're here to help!
Yes. But the shorter your lease length, the higher the rental rate. For example, my 2 Bedroom apt I'm paying $980 a month for a 13 month lease. If I had opt for month-to-month, it would be (if I remember correctly) around $1,400 a month.
They have small loft-like apartments for about 700 or bigger, normal 1brs about 8.
