Had my new home cleaned yesterday. Was told it would take all day they called me after 3 hours. We all spent the next hour cleaning all the things they missed that were on the checklist. Their attitudes were horrendous and unprofessional. I called the office immediately was told to send an email. I did with no response. I was charged $475 for dirty rags and mops to be used counter tops and floors to not be cleaned until I asked and excuse to why they did a poor job including being over booked and low grade dirty products. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Inconsistent and spotty cleaning, skipping bathrooms and vacuuming just the visible locations, throughout the 6 months that I was a customer. The deep clean with two people was an improved cleaning.
