We had a leaky valve stem while riding the BDR X and gave Kissell a call to see if they’d be able to help us out. They took us in with only an hour’s notice and went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Shoutout to Brian and Paul for the fantastic customer service and great conversations. Next time I’m out on the BDR, I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

I purchased my 2nd used motorcycle from Kissell Motorsports back in July. I unfortunately encountered an issue with the bike shortly after completing the purchase. Kissell far exceeded my expectations in resolving the issue! They were under no obligation to resolve the issue on used bike outside of any warranty, but they still went out of their way to do so. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Purchased a bike from Kissell out of state. Evan(Sales) and CHRISTIANNA(Finance) were excellent and their follow-up was spot on. The bike gets delivered this week. The process and professionalism by this dealer was excellent. Highly recommend them and hope I get to do business with the in the future.
