First time, feels like small town dealership...in the best ways. Took in a ktm690smcr for 1st service. Bike is running great now! Don't say anything, but I'm trying to pick the owners brain for his first-hand experience/wisdom each time I go in, as I can tell her has lots of knowledge of motorcycles. Helpful for 2nd trip. But, did charge me for screw on warranty issue.
