Why do you text me my current balance and wake me up at 6 am? Do you not realize there is 3 hours time difference in Arizona?

If you sign into your account through online banking, click “My Settings” in top right corner, then scroll down and click “Alerts and Notifications”, you can uncheck the text alert options. How do I find out if a check has been cleared in my account before the monthly statement is received? It was mailed on 12/2/20 and the party to whom it was made out is billing me for not making a payment in December.
