No way to call and ask a simple question. Only automated options. Finally tried one of those, was put on hold, and 5 minutes later, was disconnected. Seems to be the norm at the Whitehall location. NEVER had this much trouble when it was Columbus metro federal credit union.

The ATM machine should allow you to take 5/10 or whatever you decide to take out or if you want to pay a bill you should be able to pay what you want and not what you want me to pay if y'all need to hire more people too and Elizabeth and Marcy are the best y'all working them too hard

Trash. They took over a loan I've been paying on and their process for paying is much more intrusive than the previous servicing company because now they have to "verify" my account information as if I haven't been paying for it for two years (which they also have the transaction history on their website). Now I have to wait 3 days for some unnecessary process. You call in and the wait times are obscene. Lesson learned.

Depends on credit score (which determines the rate of interest) and the term (the amount of time to repay).
Yes, every member received the new agreements and disclosures that will apply to their accounts after our core system conversion in late February. These documents are required by law and very similar to what you'd receive if you opened a new account with any other financial institution. You will receive more communications, including your new account information and guide for using our updated systems, prior to the conversion.
We do not charge a check cashing fee if you have an account with us. If you are not a member and you are cashing a check that our member has written to you, there is no fee for checks under $100. If the check is over $100, there is a $5 fee.
You can call the credit union. There is a 24 hour answering service. They can block your debit card
