I called in to ask a question and was met with the worst customer service. Snappy, snarky, and rude. You all need to take a course in customer service skills. People are already at their lowest when asking for help from the housing authority, you don't need to make it worse. What ever happened to common courtesy and being kind?!

Yes 80 Jefferson ave sharon pa. 16146. Now cirtain apartments & house have there own site manager and you have to sighn up at cirtain sites like centenial place, Legacy commons& Farrell chioce homes are under mercer county housing but u have to sign up at the onsite manager location at these particular buildings. Now the other apartments under housing u send application to jefferson ave mercer county housing
Call the main office and talk to someone up there
You can wait up to 2 years to get in
You have to go to Jefferson Ave address to apply for Frank Faye.
