You can come to the airport and purchase the ticket for an unaccompanied minor at the ticket counter for the airline of your desire, you can do it online or calling the airline directly. ABE have nothing to do with it, is each airline individually. The fee for the UM is $150 with @AmericanAir.

I'm not sure. You might be better off calling the airport to find out. If you have a cell phone, one option might be to use the cell phone waiting area to wait in your car. The person you are picking up can call or text you once they get there luggage and then you can drive over to the arrival area and pick them up curbside. That way you wouldn't have to get out of the vehicle.

United Airlines gives people (direct flights) access to the World! May need to ABE to EWR then Puerto Rico. Bags are checked in at ABE. Coach ride (bus) to EWR direct to Gate at EWR. I doubt there are any direct flights to any off shore location from ABE, so United, as usual, is the better choice.

They have escalators and an elevator between every level of the building. Some of the older escalators/elevator break down from time to time, but the airport is currently developing a plan to replace them with newer, more reliable equipment.

Usually that doesn't happen. I suggest to check first if you pack everything you have in mind. If is the case that you think something is missing and it was while your bag was in transit you can file a claim with the airline and they will contact you after investing.

You should look at it in what way benefits you. Generally short term is more beneficial for picking someone up from airport. It's by the hour, but if you stay the whole day or longer it's $22/day. Long term is $14/day. You might even benefit more by finding discounted rates for parking online. You can Google Lehigh Valley airport parking (or any airport) and options will come up. If you're going to EWR from ABE, check in first with United and then they will direct you. Reps usually get at ABE around 4am. If you're leaving EWR to go to ABE, the staff will tell you where to wait.

There are multiple ways to get to the university, Uber, Lyft etc. Buses and such transportation will get you pretty close as well. If you go to Google maps and put in your destination from the airport it gives you the options to take bus walk etc. It will tell you the busses to take and amount of time to get there
