The two employees were very helpful and worked to find the right skates for me :) I was given a lot of options based off of my initial thoughts, and they made sure to keep my budget in mind.

They helped me find the perfect wheels, and bearings and installed them for me. I skate a lot but am hesitant to change my wheels myself I made the trek up from lower Queen Anne and am thrilled I did. They also helped me size knee and elbow pads very grateful for the store and their employees 💖🛼💖.

What an absolute dream we walked into when visiting this store! Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Alix spent a good deal of time with us & truly offered the white-glove experience. GF & I were both fitted and we discussed options top to bottom! In store support was great, but they were even sending emails with SureGrip/Reidell back and forth while we were there. 100% recommend and can't say enough good things about them. We've been heavy into skating for 1-2 years and never knew about this place till 2 days ago. I really hope they step up their marketing presence because people need to know about great skate shops like this!

This place is wonderful. I can't complain about a single piece of my experience today. Surprised my daughter to make sure she got exactly what she wants for Xmas. Everyone in the shop was awesome. Patient and funny and friendly. I couldn't design a better experience, tbh. If you're going there for a cheapo set of skates, call first. They're an outfitter for roller derby athletes and fancy dancers. I don't doubt they'd do their best to meet your needs, but don't be critical if they're not in your price range.
