A decent public pool but there are many others in the area that are much better. It is extremely shallow so if you enjoy your skin being scraped off then it is good for you. The staff are nice as is the case with most public pools in the area. The diving board is one of the worst board I have been on and the locker rooms are small and often unclean. Decent pool but not the best.

The pool itself is ok. But got my winter jacket stolen in there. They also have signs that there’re cases of locker prowls. Also enjoyed the comments made by the counter person on the situation: “Yeah, those jackets don’t sit there for long” and “I would love to have that jacket (meaning the manufacturer)” - whaat? As they don’t take any responsibility for your stuff, come there wearing just your swimsuit - this is the only way you can be sure nothing’s gonna be stolen from you.

Poor maintenance and poor management. I had my swimming class scheduled at 8pm. When I arrived, they simply told me that the class was canceled without any notification. The reception was really rude and impolite. At 8:10pm, they let all parents with kids in, I tried to told with the reception old lady, she simply ignored me twice, then I approached her, she starts to be very irritated and angry with me, even I was really nice and patient to ask her if I can just use the pool to swim at the moment. She immediately said she can cancel all my future class and almost start to curse me. She called the manager to come. The manager himself seems reasonable, but the management is clearly incompetent. He could have one person to contact students about the poll containment on at 7:30pm when they found it out. Very bad experience. I almost suspect the old lady is racist to non-Caucasian people.

Lifegaurds gave different rules to different people. I watched one guard tell a dad w his son that he could swim in a roped off area. When a mother and her kid asked, they we're denied by the same guard. Guard running swim test for camp group only sort of watched most of them. Got distracted in conversation and passed kids they didn't watch, a few of them were good swimmers, a few we're not. A woman limped on deck requesting the stairs be put in so she could enter the water. They told her no. She'd have to use the lift. She was obviously embarrassed. I've seen many guards, during busy events, lower the stairs in and then take them out again. This behavior lines up well with the crummy customer service that is presented at the front desk as well.
