They took care of everything (putting the claim in, assisting with a rental, and making sure I understood every step in the process). I picked up my car today and it looks amazing. The entire process only took two weeks which is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

I first went to CarStar in Copiague for a Carvana repair. Tom and Myra were friendly, professional and transparent about the process. I got repair updates via text message and got my car back within a couple of days. When I got into a minor accident a year later, I was happy to see that CarStar was one of the preferred repair shops for the insurance company that processed my claim. They worked with Carvana and the insurance company for a seamless process.They do great work and returned my car washed and vacuumed! I highly recommend them.
