I personally have good experience at this post office interacting with a supervisor with the name Freddy. He is not only pleasant, he offered additional ways to help save me time and money to focus on other tasks I can be doing instead of driving to the post office on a regular basis. I understand that at times there are long lines and wait time can be significant, but it’s not intentional and people there try their best to assist customers.

I have a standing order for a daily pickup. If my regular person is off, it’s hit or miss my packages are picked up.

Staff is extremely slow. When the line is long sometimes there is only one staff member at the register. Please come up with a better system to get people in and out because the wait time is RIDICULOUS.
