I ordered from them last year and the products were great. I have been trying to order again this year but apparently they are moving to a new warehouse, and for some reason they cannot take calls or emails. That doesn't make sense. I assume this means they are closed until their new warehouse opens. Wow. Imagine how many customers they are losing. Terrible business decisions there.

My order arrived unfinished. When I called to have it replaced, I was told "Yes, we'll send a new one out".... 6 months later and I'm still waiting for the replacement. Don't bother calling, no body is there, and the email leads to nowhere.

I've ordered trophies for the past 8 years from this company because they are generally good with shipping and prices. I bet I've spent upwards of $10k. In the past 2 years they've gotten really sketchy on correct products and shipping times. I'm still waiting on my 8 summer softball league trophies that were supposed to be received July 26. There has been little communication from them because they are moving locations. I did receive an email that they will be contacting me once they are moved in. This is unacceptable from a business, -1 star and I will not be ordering from them again. There are lots of options for trophies, choose any other than Trophy Depot.

I'll be glad when this place gets everything back in working condition. This is the greatest place to order trophies, plaques, and an assortment of other things. "HURRY BACK"!!!!
