After a full year of searching for a General Practice doctor who I felt I was most comfortable with,, I am very impressed and happy that I was able to get an appointment with Dr Goldson. She addressed my health issues and put my on a good plan to a better and healthier life.

I've been going to this office for a few years now I used to see Dr F Goldson I actually liked her she is kind of sarcastic but I understand it she's cool .they switched me to the back room with the physician's assistant..I think the young lady's name is Shyla she's nice.. however some of her staff are just very rude this particular 7/22/22 today Isabella with an (I)as if it would be spelled any other way🤷🏽‍♂️ was very rude after she picked up the phone. I was calling because one of my refills didn't get called in. I was on hold on one of my phones for 21 minutes so I called from another phone I was on hold for 10 minutes and they picked up 10min hold first. I simply stated to her that she should have picked up the phone call that was on hold for 21 minutes instead of the call that was on for 10 minutes. She replied do you know how many people work I'm not the only one who answers .... If that is the case the car should be answered in order that they will put on hold you have line 1 2 and 3 don't you?I've been to this office several times and it's not that busy that someone should be on hold that long she was very short with me talking over me and it wasn't appreciated so I will definitely be looking for another physician hopefully I can find a African American descent 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️
