BestMed Urgent Care provided good service. My wait time was short and the lab work was done quickly. They called McKenzie Medical Imaging to set up an appointment and I was told to go right over as they were expecting me. When I for there the door was locked and the lights were off. I called back and was told to wait, they would come get me. After more than an hour, I called again, told them what happened and was told to leave a d they would make contact in the morning. I t is now mid afternoon and I haven’t heard anything. It’s a good thing I feel good - no more pain - since I haven’t been contacted.

PA Amanda Dutton was amazing. She was thoughtful yet quick. I felt like she really cared and made the process speedy at the same time. She listened to my concerns and I truly felt heard. Not to mention I only waited in the lobby for 5 minutes or less, 30 min before closing. I’m so grateful for this experience and would recommend this Urgent care to anyone.

The ladies at the Thurston UC were great, all very sweet and helpful, even when I came in as late as I did with a possible broken foot. I felt bad about coming in so close to when they were supposed to leave. But they all were patient, kind and quickly helped me.

Rob was awesome at Springfield Main Urgent Care. He was caring, friendly, and took his time to explain everything to me regarding my visit. He has such an important job and his compassion shines through. Could not be more happy about how respectful he was and how comfortable he made both myself and my family. Thanks for being the best!!

I'm sure it will since it is a covid strain but you have to get the test while its still in your system. we've been sick for a month and I'm sure it was omicron. I hope you feel better soon. FYI I'm just a regular citizen too not a nurse so you should probably be seen if you don't get better.
A COVID test and related diagnostics should be covered in full by your insurance carrier, as per the law passed by Congress earlier this year. If you do not have insurance coverage, as covered under the law, we will bill State or Federally funded insurance coverage. We do not collect co-pays for COVID testing and related diagnostics. If you have additional questions about COVID-19 testing and our processes, please visit our website >> https://www.novahealth.com/covid-19-testing-faqs/ Thank you for your question, Zara
Any questions about accepted insurances and costs can be answered (when able) by our front desk staff. Call 541-654-0282 to speak with the staff at Nova Urgent Care - Thurston. Have a nice day!
