These guys are crooks, if I can give them negative 0 stars I would. They charged me 15$ plus the toll fee for every toll I passed. They said because I refused their unlimited $50 EZ Pass. Of course I refused why would I pay $50.00 if i know the tolls in my city will not exceed 8$, but did not explain if I don't use the unlimited this is what would happen. Their horrible do not rent from them!!! BEWARE!!! and their cars are old and filthy!!! HATEM!!!

When arrive upon the destination of the rental, myself and sister was worried that we would not be able to pick up car but Akbarjon keep us calm that we would be able to pick up the car. It was my sister who had the rental in her name and the agent gave us many great choices of vehicles. The agent also talk to use about cars and insurance, I must say that a agent that cares about the customer is 100% in my favor so thank you Akbarjon for providing excellent customer service 👍.

Never again! They use high pressure tactics to upsell insurance. The insurance you chose online they claim is not enough. My car was given to me as a nonsmoker car. It was clearly smoked in. Terrible experience.
They say its a security deposit..gets refunded when you return the vehicle
They take debit but require a 500 dollar hold
They "force" you to get their insurance even if you have your own car insurance policy and credit card auto insurance claiming you need FULL COVERAGE to cover the price of the rental vehicle. Unless you use Expedia then you can get THEIR Collision insurance which gives you more. Plus I would set up an acct with Florida Sun Pass this way you can purchase a "Mini-Pass" transponder and use that for any tolls you go through in Florida. www.SunPass.com
