These guys are nice. They have some nice guitars but finding out they have no return policy after buying from them was a real bummer. Thankfully they took care of it 1 time only but still got a little flak from the GM and was not treated as well as when I originally purchased the guitar. I guess il be going back to guitar center no offense. A return policy is an important part of selling guitars if you want to compete at all with the big names.

They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of instruments; I brought in my violin to be repaired, and in spite of their busy schedule they will give it the attention it needs, even to providing a detail that was missing when I purchased it decades ago in another town! I'll be picking it up according to my schedule, although it will be ready within a week. Greatly appreciate their attention to detail!!
