RTC is the most incompetent transit system ever. Their system and apps are pathetic and laughable at best. I don’t even know why they post a schedule. It’s never followed. Their apps they use for “real-time” scheduling are NEVER correct.

As a handicap person who has been trying to call this number and your system keeps saying that I can't use my number to call you that you can't use Wi-Fi to contact the emergency service. Well I'm not using WiFi I don't have it installed on my phone so why are you discriminating against me. It's called public Accomodation Discrimination in case you didn't know the law when you block access to the handicap you are violating the State and Federal laws You people disgust me.

Just wanted to leave good feedback for my experience today. This morning I ordered a flex ride in order to get to a job interview and after about an hour it said ride completed. I never got my ride so I called RTC and the person that answered the phone noticed it said ride completed too. She went ahead and ordered me a lyft and I was able to get to my interview in time. Thank you very much for allowing me to get there in time! 👍
