These guys completely exceeded my expectations. They explained that the chainsaw I had in mind had features that were unnecessary and sold me a slightly different version that was LESS expensive! They spent a lot of time with me going through the nuances of the saw and gave me advice for how to keep it running for that maximum lifespan. I came back with a question and they took the time again to help me. They understood my experience level and respectfully gave me all the knowledge I need to improve my understanding of the equipment. Highly recommend!

Questions & Answers

Do you have a pick-up and drop off service in RENO. I don't have a P/U truck. But have a 8k generator which won't start. Carb is plugged or gas not flowing. Turns over with Start-Up sprayed into carb, but won't start.
