It is really good food. When I went there was no one inside at all ordering so it went very quickly.

This place sucks. Smashed brisket sandwich I took two bites. I ordered Seasoned fries completely burnt I couldn't eat them. My drink was so full of ice I couldn't get the straw in the cup. I hate this Arby's. Bad service and bad food. I asked for napkins nope.

Honestly for has how much the food costs, they should be paying there hard working employees more then 12 dollars an hour. They to think about this before they lose them.. PAY THEM MORE SO THEY HAVE A REASON TO COME TO WORK QUIT HIRING THE LAZY ONES

Why did the employees decide to close the drive threw on a Wednesday at6pm. The only arbys in town and they put an advertisement sign to block the drive threw. And cant go inside. Bad business.

Why is the Reno location always closed?? I can only get the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich for such a short time, this is ridiculous!

I wish I knew! I'm tired of craving a Beef and Cheddar and driving there only to find that the S.O.B. is closed. I especially hate it when I can see MFers inside that are supposed to be working.

I was over at the Arby's Northtowne it took me 45 minutes to get through a line of four cars I will never go back guaranteed

This is the only Arby's in Reno. They have a reputation of long waits so plan accordingly. Last time I was there I waited for 20 minutes inside, why they didn't open the other register I never know. Good food though.
