Customer Service at this branch is completely horrible! Wow, I am appalled. I will be closing my US BANK Account after that encounter. They had a printer jam. Could not print my Cashiers Check. The most unprofessional US Bank branch. I've overlooked the first few experiences after the teller apologizing, however this seems like their routine. When trying to reach over the phone, line was disconnected. Once I reached to the branch, I asked the manager what is the number at the branch and she confirmed the same listed on Internet, which can conclude that they turn the phone off on their own. Multiple times my visits there has been unpleasant and instead of being helped, this teller keeps on complicating things asking me for ID, another ID, and even when those two provided I've been rejected of their help and services, with some other excuse, even from the manager. So this reached a point where I have to get US Bank customer service on phone to talk to the manager and enforce what they should have done in the first place. Im disappointed that things have to reach that level so something is solved. My frustration with this branch and their customer service representatives is beyond frustrating. Not only poor customer service, but as well poor communication skills.
