Yes absolutely provide your own water heater! However you will be responsible for the warranty out of the box and all the way through the lifespan of the warranty. This means that sure the water heater fail under warranty from the manufacture you will be responsible for our labor to remove it and return it to your place of purchase and install your new unit. Any labor reimbursements will be up to you and the manufacturer. Be sure and read your warranty/limited warranty information when providing your own fixtures especially the fine print reimbursement warranty section. Typically they will give you a $75-$150 Labor allowance. So while it may seem appealing it may not always be a good idea to supply and provide your own fixtures unless you’re willing to hold your supplier accountable for reimbursing you for. This can be especially challenging when dealing with big box stores. Just as a point of reference we do not install/supply box store water heaters for reasons. Ask us!

We have built our company and offer a scheduled service during normal operating hours Monday through Friday 830 to 430 roughly. Scheduled appointments are not always convenient for our customers because we realize plumbing emergencies often cannot wait.
