My experience was horrible. I pd a lot at my 1st visit and they schedule a procedure. Insurance refused to pay. I called them and they said someone would call me and tell me the plan. I am still waiting for the call and its been 3 1/2 weeks. All the cared about was the money. Not the pain I am in.

I started a new medication that Doctor Andre Chin prescribed for me. I had allergic reaction to the medication. Of course I called the Waco office to tell Dr Chin what I was experiencing. I was afraid to take anything (itching,nausea and no sleep for 2 days) I did eventually go to ER the doctor gave me a steroid shot and Benadryl and nausea medication. While at ER my thoart somewhat seem to be closing up. While in the hospital Dr Andre Chin call me told me I did not have a allergic reaction. To start back on my medication, he was not going to give me anything else. I had just returned back to Advance Pain Care he told me I was a lair even accused my husband of taking my medication. I never once ask him for any new medication. I had not been their since end of May.He told me I was a lair again that he had Texas Prescription and H-E B list of my Prescriptions I could and go on and on,during this conversation that he was been so rude I recorded our conversation. I will be taking this to a lawyer. He was putting my life in danger by telling me to continue with the medication. Will follow up hopefully Advance will care enough to follow up with this rude rude man.

If you are looking for empathy and understanding from your physician do not see Dr. Chen. The facility staff are top notch but unfortunately they are not the doctors. This doctor can truly learn a lot from nurses and front desk personnel. There was no bedside care whatsoever ,this Doctor did not even take a pulse. He was rude and dismissive. I will never see them again.

I saw him walking by the halls at the Waco facility, but I personally did not have an appointment with him.
The injections aren't guaranteed but maybe see if radiofrequency ablation is an option for you. It's a procedure we're they go in and laser the nerve that sends the pain signal to the brain. The nerve will grow back, but someone can get relief up to a year or more. I don't know about prices but what I do know is an estimate. I wish you good luck. It's difficult living a productive life when you're in pain. Very debilitating.
