I have experienced many positive outcomes with Market Street Viera! It is an amazing community all around! Not only is it beautiful, they provide a feeling that this is home! The staff and professional team is top notch! The Executive Director personally meets with every client of mine to make sure all questions and concerns are answered after meeting with the marketing team. I have worked with them since 2018 and trust knowing that if any of my clients move forward with Market Street they are definitely in good hands! They go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and they keep them busy with a wide variety of calendar events and activities daily. Hands-down it is a must to explore this wonderful place!

I found the open communication and the availability of the staff to be refreshing. I felt listened to and felt that I could explain the unusual parts of my moms behavior.

My father was not the easiest patient in the beginning and he was also there throughout Covid, so not the easiest of times. But he received the best care. First we had to find a place were my Dad had his own room. And the rooms there are great. He had his own bathroom, and he could set his own thermostat, which was vital to him since he was always cold and cherished his privacy. Also the staff was amazing through these really hard times. Even though we couldn’t see him in person for one year of the two he was there, we knew he was well cared for during Covid. One nurse, Ellie was especially good at seeing when my Dad had issues with an old intestinal problem or his heart. If it was for her quick action he would have passed earlier and in more pain. Before Covid and then when we could go and see him for visiting we always felt welcomed. My Mom especially felt comfortable for Veronica, Yasmine, Honey and Mickeshia always would welcome her and joke with my Dad. Then also again because of the restrictions with Covid one of the aides Getho called and asked if we could bring new clothes for my Dad and what his favorite colored shirts were. This kind of welcome and attention to my Dad’s needs made us feel like he had the best care not only physically but mentally when we couldn’t be there. Also in general how they dealt with Protecting their residents during Covid - they were one of the first facilities to shut down and had tight rules. And because of that they didn’t have one Covid death with the residents. Which leads me lastly to the director Rosemarie. She was always quick to call us back when we had questions or concerns. Ellie and Rosemarie also kept calling us to check when my dad was in the hospital and rehab not even in their facility. I could write many more of the small but significant nuisances of quality care that meant so much to us and my Dad. We highly recommend this facility. Thank you all for your care. The Baldwin family.

Wow. I cannot say enough good things about Market Street Viera other than I honestly wish my mom came a year earlier -- I hope they never change and that the entire staff will never leave. Nobody likes placing their parents in memory care, but let me tell you, I am really close to my mom, and I didn't want to do this - especially during a pandemic. This Alzheimer's diagnosis will make even the strongest man crumble. Market Street Viera was a complete game changer in my mom's care and she not only is doing better, she is thriving. If I could give 10 stars I would. Beautiful facility and beautiful kind and caring staff. Thank you
