This is a wonderful place for your loved ones to stay or just visit daily. The Staff are amazing they do up and beyond the call of duty . Their residents never just sit about ,the staff always have activities for them to do all day . Food is wonderful . Please go and speak to Amanda

This is my personal experience as my Grandfather is in the memory care facility at Hibiscus Court. Throughout COVID, he has not been shaved, properly dressed, or adequately taken care of. There have been numerous staffing/leadership changes. They are tasked with ONE JOB: to take GOOD care of loved ones who we are unable to take care of due to alzheimer's/dementia/etc. I guarantee you, they are not providing the level of care they would provide to their own family. It is heartbreaking to walk into the memory care facility and see him (and others!) with the longest hair he has EVER had in his life, unshaven, and in ill fitting clothes (not because he doesn't have clothes that fit, they just did not bother to properly dress him!!!). I am infuriated and heartbroken. I will be continuing my efforts to raise Hibiscus Court's standards as they are currently ON THE FLOOR! My grandmother and I are heartbroken each time we visit my grandfather, and thankfully we are LOCAL so he has an advocate. Imagine if we were not present to be his advocate? UNREAL! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My wife’s grandfather resides at Hibiscus Court. Reetu has been extremely helpful- from the tour to helping with making sure we stay on top of everything. They have a lot of fun events every month and they truly care about their residents.

I have been involved with Hibiscus Court for over 2 years. Before Covid I attended events in person and loved seeing how everyone there interacted with the residents. They really care and are continuously coming up with new ways to keep their residents engaged from Mardi Gras and Residents Gone Wild to Spa days. Brian, the Executive Director even gets in on the fun having concerts for staff and residents. And Reetu is the best to work with.
