They keep you posted on your vehicle progress and any changes. They provide quotes and discuss different levels of repair.

I had four new tires balanced there and they told me I had a red wheel stud broken off and I just washed the wheels the same day I took it to them. I called them and they said it was already broken. A mechanic told me it had just been done, cost me a hundred dollars to get it fixed. First and last time I’ll deal with Thomas Tire. Lied to me, can’t trust them.
