Great people to work with! Installation was done on a very HOT day! Workers worked hard & completed the job the same day even though it was the hottest day we’ve had this year! Amy was so nice & professional explaining the quote to me & Chad came out to look at something I had a question about & had the same professionalism & personality as Amy! Well, where do I start? From the first phone call to the completion of the job, Crossover Roofing has been top notch. During my initial meeting with Ryan, he let me explain what I wanted then he gave me options that were available along those lines that saved me time and money. He explained parts of the process that I wasn't familiar with and steered me clear of some unforeseen obstacles. On the day of the install they arrived on time, told me how they would be progressing during the day and kept me informed as to any issues as they arrived. Just as I like, NO surprises. I've heard horror stories from friends and neighbors about bad roofing companies and how bad their install was, but ours went like a bedtime story. (I actually was able to get in a small nap near the end of the job!) When it comes to passing out roofing advice in the future, theirs will be the only name coming out of my mouth. Again, great job Ryan, Mary Jane and your crew. You guys are awesome!
