There should be no stars for this facility. They have not taken good care of my mother and thru this pandemic this facility has taken advantage of family members not being allowed to visit as a pass to be extremely negligent. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IN THIS FACILITY!

It’s been reported that your 2nd shift staff is double briefing the residents putting 4 to 5 briefs at a time I’m gonna have state and the ombudsman and your corporate office notified I want the entire 2 shift staff fired I know who they are

If I could give 0 stars I would! I am a former employee of North Pointe and though I loved the residents and med techs the office staff, namely Amber, has zero levels of professionalism! Her attitude through the phone absolutely sucks! And being as though the office staff is the first level of contact the way the speak will turn you away and make you question if the facility is a good place for your family members! I needed some information that belong to me from the facility and I have yet to hear back and when I call I dread having to communicate with Amber! I will be calling Monday to speak with someone over her head until I get results!!

The employees working the floor in the Dementia care unit have been great, they seem to care about the patients. There seems to be something lacking when it comes to the office help, it is about impossible to get general information from them, no one seems to know what is going on. You can't get the information you need for monthly billing or when your parent has a doctor's appointment etc. out of them. You have to stay on them constantly to find out anything, and forget anyone returning your phone calls. You can usually get more information from the floor help than you can the office if you are lucky enough to catch anyone in the office. I will say that the facility appears to be cleaner than most I have been in and you don't have the usual nursing home smell knocking you down when you go in.
