I’ve never had an issue with any chic fil a. This location is a disaster. Picked up breakfast at 8am. My chicken minis were so hard they were inedible. I ordered a salad last week for delivery….the most poorly put together salad I’ve ever seen. This location needs some major help.

Food was excellent as always, however the server at the pickup door was having a bad day I guess. Was very abrupt and snippy.

Sat in the drive thru over 20 minutes. This line was not moving AT ALL after 20 minutes passed and my gas light came on so I asked could I pick up inside instead. My hand was past empty & it has never took this long at chick fila’s . drive thru… Worker told me “Let me see how many miles you have until empty” I don’t even have that feature on my car he then says “I doubt you will run out of gas” took my card (i was nervous about giving it to him) and went inside. No apology, no my pleasure for the long wait, just gives me my card and leaves. Need to train drive thru workers better

Has to be the slowest chick-fil-a. Simply not worth the wait. Staff doesn’t have the chick-fil-a reputation going either. Foods fine but wait times are awful at this location.
