Nice bowl setup, they have no bikes allowed signs but if you can get in there's some great lines for BMX as well as great stuff for boards.

Yes
I did not see any grills but there are a couple of picnic tables under a gazebo.
Not that i recall .. its just a kids park with a really nice dock 😊
