Great spot for fishing. I went there in summer and got 21 inch fluke from bottom. The rocks were cut very flat, and there were even some holes for holding fishing rods. Nice restaurants around and a fine beach for family as well.

Yes park at the rocks, town parking is closer to the beach and out side the restaurant area. Technically can't park there after dark though
They just changed the parking lot ,half of it you do need a permit, I suggest getting there quite early to make sure you get a spot
