I absolutely love living in River Mill. Its quiet, everyone is friendly, the pool and dog park are amazing amenities. The staff is always ready to help and are so friendly. Hands down best apartment I have lived in.

Hello! We do not allow rottweilers or pit bulls. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee that is due at the time of move in, as well as a pet deposit. The pet deposit is fully refundable at time of move out, pending any damages caused from the pet. We do have a two pet maximum per apartment. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
