I am extremely disappointed with the service we experienced. I had my daughters birthday party over the weekend and all I can say is what a rip off. I paid for services that were not even provided and when I spoke to the staff about the services, they stated “we don’t offer that anymore” but yet still had me pay additional for the services and did not refund me. The staff were not even friendly nor enthusiastic to be hosting the party and it was an overall disappointment. For the amount of money this party costed me, I would have expected better service. All I know Is that I will never book another party or service here again. To those looking to book in the future, be mindful of what you’re paying for and confirm that you are getting ALL the services you are paying for.

That's their heaviest period, so only if you're lucky. Also that mall is closed Sundays so you only have Saturday... My suggestion is to call ahead just to be safe.
Hi Monique the ages that's best for glitter & glam I would say that is best age appropriate would be 5 years old up until at least a pre teenager and the girls there were so accommodating that from our experience they have no problem in catering to different ages and the manager was great you can always speak to her
