Let me start by saying, I despise going to the dentist but I am really thankful that I found Dr. Harrell and his AMAZING team. I just recently started going to their office November of 2021 and I cannot be more pleased. When I first went in, everything was laid out well and everything was explained to me regarding payments and procedures, etc. Every single question that I had was answered. Everyone of his staff members have ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and welcomed me, from the nice lady at reception(can’t remember her name) to Kelly, and Hunter, and I can’t forget the doctor himself! I’ve had 2 cleanings, both done by Hunter and you can tell she cares about you as a patient. I absolutely love her! I also recently had a dental implant placed by Dr. Harrell in which I was nervous to get, but he reassured me that all would be well and it is. I have had 0 pain and 0 complications since the day the implant was placed. I’ve also had a few fillings and experienced 0 pain. I am so glad that I found this office. They are also extremely advanced and utilize top technology and tools. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed! Thanks, Harrell Dentistry!!

I absolutely adore Dr. Harrell and his entire staff. They have amazing technology and experience. I selected this office because they have everything you will need in terms of dentistry. No need to have several doctors he does it all! They are so friendly, comforting and professional. I’ve referred my daughter as well. Quality work and service

Update 9/30: after 3 years Mr. Harrell answers “he will help”. I went to his office 3 years ago, I asked for help, guess what he did? Nothing. Unfortunately I can definitely not suggest Dr. Harrell. No question, simple "cleaning" is okay but don't ever do anything else there! My wife was told she needs fillings, what we agreed to do. Fillings on almost 10 teeth were done and that's were the problems started. She never had tooth pain before but after the treatment several teeth started to pain. Bottom line we ended up to get 8 crowns!!!, of course at another Doctor, since all the teeth nerves were damaged. She is 28 years old and always maintained her teeth. I even went to Mr. Harrell, who said he understands the situation and he will check and help. No response since then. Definitely do not go to this Doctor! Worse Doctor ever guys.

Horrible Dentistry. We went here because the reviews were high but it was an absolutely awful experience. Prior to attending this dentistry, we were skeptical of going here as they made the client pay in advance when every other dentistry we had been to billed the insurance directly. Needless to say we were right to be skeptical as we called to make sure they were in network prior to setting up an appointment and were told they were in network for Delta Dentistry. I attended an appointment for a cleaning and paid the full cost of the appointment out of pocket. Two weeks later my wife had an appointment and I came to find out at her appointment that they never submitted the paperwork to the insurance company for me to be reimbursed. My wife spoke with them about it and they said they would submit it that day. A month goes by and we still haven’t been reimbursed so we email the dentistry to find out what is going on and they tell us everything has been submitted and they provide us a copy of the paperwork. We call Delta Dental and find out that they submitted the paperwork incorrectly. We provide the dentistry the correct information to refill the paperwork and they go completely silent. They refuse to return calls or emails for weeks. I had to go back into the dentistry and sit there and watch them resubmit the paperwork correctly as the front desk staff member tells me she didn’t know how to submit the paperwork. On this particular visit the front desk staff refuses to make Dr. Harrell available to discuss the issues. After just over 2 and a half months I call Delta Dental to find out the status of the reimbursement and come to find out that the dentistry lied and they are not in network and the check has been mailed back to the dentistry in their name for the small portion paid. Furthermore, the insurance company tells me that the X-rays they had me take at a normal cleaning would be at my costs since X-rays were just taken a year ago at a previous dentistry. The dentistry never asked me to provide records from my previous dentistry and they never explained that there was a possibility that I would have to pay this out of pocket. Because the partial reimbursement payment was issued in the dentistry’s name I had to go back in to the dentistry to be reimbursed because they never called since they had already been paid. I spoke with the staff about them saying they were in network when we initially called and they said nobody is in network at this particular dentistry. I told them I wanted to meet with Dr. Harrell because of the lying about being in network, lack of accountability to accurately file paperwork and pay timely, and forcing me to take a full set of X-rays for a cleaning at my costs when X-rays were just taken in the last year at another dentisty. I sat there for over 2 hours and Dr. Harrell refused to ever meet with me. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone. They are by far the worst dentistry I have ever been to.
