For one, they never answer the phone the updated number isn't even on google yet they're already hard enough to reach. I've been trying to get an appointment to do the application for the past 2 years . Unprofessional.

My experience at Pegram Landing was absolutely horrendous. The paint job was horrible and the walls are minutely thin. There are routine walkthroughs that are not mention and honestly very unnecesary. The people who run the place are quite intrusive. Don't let me forget, if you are expecting a guest don't! The neighbors are very notice so if you move here please pay attention to how you conduct yourself. One wrong move and the office will know. Nice view but that is about it. Don't stay here, you will want to leave and it is a waste of time, effort, and money!

If i could leave 0 stars definitely would this place isnt what they said it was apartments were just thrown together and they take a while to fix things that need to be fixed. Paint isn’t coated so when u shower paints gets wet and when it dries u can tell. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here yes the outside looks nice and location is great but that’s about it.
