Wow where do you start with this joke of a lawyers office. The entire time they represented me from start to finish was a terrible experience . I Could not ever get in touch with them, every time I would speak with them they was rushing to get back off of the phone. Took forever to settle my case, These clowns pocketed more money than I did after settling my case. Also now since they did not do their job I am stuck with a medical bill of $5,000 and all they say is it’s not their fault and there is nothing they can do about it. Whenever you call them they will tell you the only thing you have to worry about is getting better which is a BOLD FACED LIE. My paychecks started getting garnished due to the ambulance bill, just because this place didn’t communicate with the medical billing department like they were supposed to. Trust me and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to be represented by this joke of a law office. Would give 0 Stars if possible. Update; Called me just because they seen the review, acted like they was going to try and help me, asked me to take the review down, (only reason they called, before I put the review down they was telling me it was my problem and they wasn’t liable), I told them I would take the review down once something was done to right the issue. Haven’t heard back from them in weeks since telling them that. Another Update; Owner of this place called and didn’t even call my number, called my father and left him a voice message saying that I was out of control and was lying, for leaving a review online. Said he was pulling his assigned attorney off of my case and would not help me anymore. They will try to make it look like they are trying to help me by commenting back, but I assure you that they haven’t helped me at all since I told them I wasn’t taking the review down without progress. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Look at there other recent reviews. I’m not the only one they’ve screwed over.

Very satisfied with my experience with this law firm!! They went above and beyond to help me get my disability. Omega was my case manager and she was always helpful and courteous, as well as on point with keeping me updated with where things stood with my case. Also, Mr. Moise was a downright beast on the phone with the judge during my appeal hearing! He knew my medical records inside and out, better than I could remember myself!! Highly recommend!!!

DeMayo Law Offices took care of me after I was hit head on. I was recommended them by a friend who had needed their services in the past. DeMayo Law Offices guided me through the process and made it to where I could just focus on trying to heal my body back to normal. The greatest benefit for me was not having to worry about anything but getting better. The staff, including Rhonda and especially my case worker Mr. Edwin Zayas, were always professional and seemed to care about my wellbeing. Just be patient and let them do their job. The process takes time.
