I'm sorry, I honestly don't know anything about a pain clinic. I think your best bet would be to call the office and talk to someone who knows what they're talking about to get the best results.

Hi Mr. Thompson, When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you come up to the entrance, wearing a mask, only 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will ask you a few questions and check your temperature and then will direct you to the Front Office to complete the check in process. You may receive a text or email prior to your appointment with a link to pre-register for your visit. You can complete this information to reduce the amount of time spent at our check in desk, or you can come as you always have and we will complete that process for you. Hi Ms. Wagnoner, I would encourage you to at least come in for a Cataract Consult and discussion with our Surgery Scheduling team to see what your insurance will or will not cover. We often find patients are surpirsed by what their insurances actually do allow! However, the current self-pay price for Basic Cataract Surgery is: $800.72 for the Physician's Services $1371.51 for the Facility services in our Surgery Center Please let us know how else we can be of service to you!
We do not have anyone who specializes in this, but our physicians are familiar with it and can do an initial exam. They are happy to monitor stable conditions or can assist with a referral if needed.
A self pay routine exam is $126.75. That amount reflects a self pay discount for the day of service. If you want to do a contract exam in addition to that it can range anywhere from $50 or more in addition to the exam itself.
Currently, the only healthcare financing that we accept is through Care Credit. We accept HSA, HRA and flex spending accounts.
